Gari is a finely granulated semolina obtained from cassava pulp that is fermented, crushed, sieved, and then fire-dried with oil.
Gari has significantdietary benefits and is naturally gluten-free, making it an excellent alternative to traditional flours and cereals, while being easily digestible, facilitating the absorption of nutrients and providing energy. It can also be an ally in healthy weight loss, in addition to being very digestible.
Our gari is produced in Guinea by local women producers with the NGO KDF which ensures a fair remuneration for these women.
